WHAT LEGALITIES WILL BE
INVOLVED?
Buying a property in Corfu is very similar to buying property

will prepare the final contract and register it with the land registry office.
Once the sale is underway, you will be required to obtain a Greek tax number

prepare the paperwork and you will be required to pay a deposit of 10%
